Grill & Fryer Permit


Requirement


 

Those wishing to use a grill or fryer in the Rockwell Park are required to obtain a permit.  See “Applying For A Permit”.

 

 

Agreement


 

Any fire shall be continuously under the care and direction of a competent person from the time it is kindled until it is extinguished.  No person shall throw away or discard any lighted match, cigar, cigarette, tobacco, paper, or other material within or against any building, vehicle, or under any tree or its underbrush.  Park patrons may bring residential gas or charcoal grills for use at the park if the following requirements are met:

 

  • NO COMMERCIAL GRILLS OR COOKERS
  • Grills/Fryers must be used only in designated picnic areas.
  • Grills/Fryers must be placed within three (3) feet of the stationary grills provided by the park. 
  • NO grills/fryers of any kind are permitted within the perimeter or under any shelter.
  • Oil from deep fryers must be disposed of properly, NOT POURED OUT ON PARK PROPERTY.

 

The Park Supervisor or his designee may revoke this permit if there is any violation of the above rules.
