Effective November 2014, the Town of Rockwell has adopted an ordinance regulating the operation of “Low Speed Vechiles” (LSV), which includes golf carts, on the streets and roads in Rockwell.

The ordinance addresses these areas:

• Definitions
• Rules and Regulations
• Permit, Application and Revocation
• Penalty and Enforcement

Persons wishing to operate a golf cart within Rockwell town limits must complete the following forms:

• Defense release, indemnity and hold harmless agreement.  (This form must be signed and notarized.)
• Golf cart owner registration form

    This form must be completed, signed and approved by the Chief of Police.
