Rockwell Board of Adjustments

The Board of Adjustment for the Town of Rockwell is composed of members appointed to represent both the Town and its extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).

Five members are residents of the Town and are appointed by the Board of Aldermen of the Town.

Members representing the extraterritorial jurisdiction (“ETJ,” outside the corporate limits of the Town) are appointed by the County Board of Commissioners.

Alternate members are also appointed for both the Town and the ETJ and may serve in the absence or disqualification of a regular member.
