Rockwell Civic Center

Google maps incorrectly shows the address as “North Cherry St.”.  

Although you may use this to find the Civic Center, note however the true address is South Cherry St.

Information

The Civic Center has a maximum capacity of 40 people.  The Civic Center offers a large open room and a full kitchen.  Alcohol is prohibited at the building.

Rates:

The Civic Center may be rented for a fee of $35.00, plus a $25.00 refundable security deposit, this shall be refunded after the building has been inspected by the Town.

Rockwell Legion Building (upstairs)

Legion (Upstairs) Rental Information

The upstairs hall at the Legion has a maximum capacity of 150 guests. The space features a large open concept room, making it ideal for weddings, parties, meetings, and community events. A fully equipped kitchen is available for food preparation and catering needs. Please note that renters must supply their own pots, pans, utensils, and cooking tools. Tables and chairs are included with the rental and can accommodate up to 120 guests. Extra chairs may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Alcohol Policy:
Alcohol is permitted on the premises; however, all required permits and forms must be completed and approved in advance.

Security Requirements:
If your event has alcohol, a commissioned officer is required at a rate of $45 per hour.
For events exceeding 80 guests with alcohol, two officers will be required.

The Legion (upstairs) may be rented for a fee of $300.00, plus a $100.00 refundable security deposit, this shall be refunded after the building has been inspected by the Town.

Legion (downstairs) Rental Information

The upstairs hall at the Legion has a maximum capacity of 80 guests. The space is great for parties and events. A kitchenet is available for food preparation and catering needs. Please note that

A kitchenette is available for light food preparation and catering needs. The space includes a microwave and refrigerator; however, there is no stove available. Tables and chairs are provided for up to 60 guests. Extra chairs may be available upon request, subject to availability.
